Welcome to Sahara Psychology!

Location: Our office is located at: #104, 9618 42 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5Y7. We do not have any exterior building signage. The office is in a collective space called “Vesna Psychology.” The waiting room door will be open. You can remove your shoes and have a seat. There are slippers for your convenience.

Parking: There is ample free parking around the building. Please do not park in reserved spots.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, and/or no show appointments. Services will be charged at the full rate with less than 24-hour notice.

Kiranpreet Dhaliwal MSc MC PMH-C Registered Provisional Psychologist #P6858

I work with teens (13+), couples, and individual adults (18+). I have worked in child and adolescent mental health for over 4 years in the non-profit sector. I am certified in perinatal mental health and I have completed graduate and postgraduate training in intimate couple relationships.

I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and couples, using attachment-based, compassion-focused, and person-centred approaches. I offer parent consultations and work with pregnancy, perinatal, and postpartum concerns.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone you can trust on your journey. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help. Together, we can explore your experiences in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space.
